Bassilichi offers a large selection of outsourcing services, including rental, installation, a call center, maintenance and monitoring, supplied following an analysis of the customer's needs and project consulting.
On top of these areas of core business, Bassilichi also provides long expertise in the development of IT solutions and systems for process optimisation both in Italy and all over Europe. Moreover, Bassilichi provides security services, including vigilance, first intervention, watch and inspections.
 

 

In line with Bassilichi’s customer-focused mission, all services have been developed on a Customer Care perspective.
Bassilichi not only offers technology and equipment, but also hardware and software installation and maintenance options, service support both on-site and through a Help Desk, as well as a Contact Center.
The Help Desk was first established as a basic service for the Monetics business. It then grew thanks to the deployment of new technologies and know-how, which allowed Bassilichi to extend this service to other offerings so it evolved into a Call Center and has now become a Contact Center.
Bassilichi has recently integrated its help desk services with a Web-based monitoring system purposely created to provide an efficient tool for checking service continuity and efficiency.
This way, customers can access all information about the equipment being managed and monitor service levels.
